Time

From timer to invoice

A running timer, a single manual line or the whole weekly timesheet at once: hours go in however it suits you. Approving, flagging billable and watching the budget all happen in one place, with nothing retyped.

However the work happens

Start the timer and let it run, or type a line in afterwards. The weekly timesheet lays your whole week out as one grid, ready to fill day by day. Anything you type while you're still working is saved as a draft after a second, so a half-finished line is never lost.

  • One running timer per person, with start, stop and the current total.
  • Manual lines with date, duration, client, project and task.
  • The weekly timesheet as a grid: the whole week in one view.
  • Work types (Work, Email) you configure yourself in Instellingen.

Budget as you log

Pick a project and you see how much budget is left right away, before you save rather than on some screen afterwards. The burn colours track it: green under 75%, amber up to 100%, red once the budget is full (and how far past it you go). The amount left in euros sits alongside for anyone allowed to see the rates.

Approve and lock

A manager approves hours in bulk from the overview. Approved hours are signed off: they hold, and from then on only someone who may approve can still change them, not the person who logged them. A billable week stays exactly as it was signed off.

From hours to invoice

The hours overview (Urenoverzicht) gathers the whole team's time with filters on employee, client, project, period and status. Each line's status follows from three things together: billable, approved, invoiced. The totals run along the bottom and whatever is ready you mark as invoiced in one go.

  • Filter by employee, client, project, period and status.
  • Totals: billable, approved, still to invoice, invoiced.
  • Mark a selection as invoiced in bulk.
