Interactions
Everything that was said, on one timeline
Emails, meetings, calls and notes come together on the client's timeline. Matched with Gmail, reviewed before it counts, and turned into logged hours with one click.
Every kind of contact, one place
An interaction is an email, a meeting, a call or a note, with a direction (incoming or outgoing), a date, a subject and the contact person attached. It hangs on the client and optionally on a project, so a client's timeline shows exactly what was discussed and with whom. The kinds are configurable per organisation; a meeting, for instance, splits into online and on-site.
- Email, meeting (online or on-site), call and note
- Incoming or outgoing, with date, time and subject
- Linked to the client, a project and a contact person
Gmail that keeps itself up to date
Connect your Google account and messages that belong to a client land on the timeline on their own, marked 'needs review'. You approve what stays and reject what should not count; on reject you can ignore the whole conversation at once, so it never comes back. The full message is fetched on demand, and one click opens it in Gmail.
From conversation to logged hours
An interaction usually takes time, and that time is billable. 'Add to my hours' puts a time entry on your timesheet, linked to this interaction and with the client, the project and the subject already filled in. So you never enter the same conversation twice.
Yours until you share it
What is still awaiting review is yours alone: needs-review rows are private to their owner until approved, so a half-matched inbox does not reach the whole team at once. The client record shows the Interactions panel with the timeline, and your dashboard shows a widget with what is still waiting on you.
