White-label

Your brand, your language, your domain

The whole platform carries your name, colours and domain, applied at runtime without a rebuild. Dutch is the default, English is built in, and another language is one file away.

Brand as a setting, not a build

Your brand name, logo, favicon and colours live in Settings and apply on first render through CSS variables. Change a colour and the whole app follows: the sidebar mark, the primary button, the count chip, the burn bar, the focus ring. Nothing compiles and nothing deploys; your clients see your studio, not ours.

  • Brand name, logo and favicon per organisation
  • Primary and accent colour drive the entire interface
  • Semantic colours hold: overdue stays red, even under your brand
  • Default language and timezone sit in the same settings

On your own domain

Run on a subdomain or connect your own domain; the platform resolves the tenant from the hostname. A custom domain only goes live once it is verified with a DNS TXT record, so no one can claim an address that isn't theirs. Everyone, you and your clients, lands on an address that is entirely yours.

Dutch by default, English built in

The app is Dutch out of the box and fully English alongside it; no string is hardcoded. Every sentence runs through the translation layer, with dates, numbers and euro amounts formatted for the locale. Adding a third language is one JSON file next to the existing ones, without a line of code.

  • Dutch is the default display language, configurable per organisation
  • English is the source locale and always fully translated
  • Date, number and currency formatting follow the chosen language
  • A new language is one file, not a release

In the email and the PDF too

White-label doesn't stop at the screen. Invitations, notifications and generated PDFs carry the same logo and colours as the app. Timestamps show in your organisation's timezone, so a report or an appointment reads exactly as you meant it.
